Pottery Barn – History
Since the first Pottery Barn was opened in 1949 among the docks and warehouses of West Chelsea in lower Manhattan, the store has become a sensation. Known for its quality and stylish goods — as it still is — it soon became a firm favorite and started opening more branches until, finally, it started opening international stores as well.
